This is a dynamic position featuring a high degree of self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assembly technician team under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of project execution and assembly results, and control of KPIs. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and collaboration in collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, including identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations.
