Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute—through your work, ideas, and personality—to the success of the service area? **What will you do in this position?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organizing, controlling, and allocating assembly-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic position featuring a high degree of self-management, with direct interaction with clients and engineering teams. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the assembly technician team under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of project execution and assembly results, and control of KPIs. * Reporting on billing milestone achievements and collaboration in collections management. * Organization and coordination of material receipt, including identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to clients or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. Do you enjoy completing tasks quickly and successfully? Additionally, you meet the following requirements: * University degree in Engineering or Architecture. * Planning, coordination, communication, motivation, and team leadership capabilities. * Prior experience in technical roles and people management is valued positively; 2–3 years’ experience preferred. * Additional desirable competencies include creativity and initiative, openness to change, commitment to continuous improvement, and customer orientation.
