Join us to shape the future of defense with revolutionary aerospace innovations. **What You’ll Do** * Support the Health and Safety Specialist in implementing, managing, and monitoring the prevention system across our facilities. * Assist with administrative, documentation, and logistical tasks related to occupational health and safety. * Maintain up-to-date PRL documentation, mandatory records, checklists, and files. * Perform basic operational tasks on-site: supervised pallet unloading support, material restocking, visual inspections, and team support tasks. * Manage delivery of PPE, uniforms, and safety materials, including stock control, restocking, and coordination with suppliers. * Collaborate in the identification and basic assessment of risks associated with different work areas. * Support investigation and documentation of occupational incidents and accidents. * Participate in safety inspections and internal audits, recording findings and assisting in implementing corrective actions. * Assist in logistical organization of PRL training for employees and contractors. * Support coordination with external Prevention Services and medical services. * Contribute to drafting and updating procedures, reports, safety dashboards, and records. * Support emergency planning and evacuation drills. * Manage and digitize safety information using Word, Excel, and other internal tools. * Promote safety culture by participating in internal campaigns and continuous improvement projects. * Inspect, restock, and maintain first-aid kits and medical supplies, ensuring their proper availability. **Requirements** **What You Need** * Education or certification in Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) (master’s degree, specialization, or accredited courses). * Experience or knowledge in Occupational Safety or industrial safety is highly valued. * Prior experience (even brief) in PRL, safety, security, logistics, or industrial environments. * Basic knowledge of PRL legislation (Law 31/1995 and applicable regulations). * Intermediate level of English (international environment). * Ability to organize tasks, manage documentation, and communicate clearly. * Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel) and ease in digitizing data. * Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to contribute ideas. * Interest in hands-on, operational, people-oriented work. **Who You Are** You are curious, responsible, and motivated by learning by doing.
