You will be critical to meeting SLAs and ensuring customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** **Operations** * Execute equipment and system switchover procedures, minimizing impact on operations. * Implement measures to optimize data center energy efficiency. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and established quality standards. * Maintain cleanliness and order within facilities. * Apply approved safety protocols and work procedures. **Maintenance and Repairs** * Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and external vendors. * Plan and prioritize daily maintenance activities. * Perform technical incident diagnosis and resolution. **On-Call Duties and Incident Management** * Participate in on-call shifts for infrastructure monitoring and supervision. * Manage incidents in coordination with the designated responsible person. * Activate and execute emergency procedures when required. * Proactively report risks of SLA non-compliance. **Documentation and Reporting** * Record progress and outcomes of maintenance activities.
