This position is open from our offices in Madrid (Las Rozas) or Sant Cugat del Vallès. **What will be your key objectives as HR Operations?** You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to the HR department across occupational health and safety (PRL), recruitment, payroll, and administrative management. You will contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance, keeping processes up to date, and facilitating the daily operations of the department, guaranteeing an agile and well-organized employee experience. As an HR Operations professional, you will: * Manage documentation, coordinate with the prevention service, and ensure compliance with current regulations. * Prepare documentation, manage employee onboarding/offboarding, and maintain up-to-date information in HR systems. * Collect incidents, process payroll adjustments, and collaborate with the payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing. * Administer vacations, absences, time tracking, and access permissions, maintaining accurate records. * Manage personnel files, documentation, certifications, and other HR administrative tasks. * Prepare reports and KPIs, and maintain organized information in corporate platforms and tools. * Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field. * 4–5 years of experience in labor law, occupational health and safety (PRL), payroll, or HR Operations roles. * Knowledge of payroll, labor processes, and document management. * A solution-oriented, organized, detail-focused profile with strong teamwork skills in dynamic environments. * Proficiency in Excel and Office 365. * B2-level English to collaborate effectively with multicultural teams.
