This is a **temporary replacement position**, with immediate start. Your Mission Be the key point for order and sample management and tracking, ensuring an efficient flow from order entry through to invoicing and collection. Your role will be critical in internally coordinating the customer outbound process in SAP, maintaining smooth communication with customers and the commercial team, and contributing to the smooth operation of the Customer Service area within the Aromas Division during the replacement period. Your Main Responsibilities Order Management and Order-to-Cash Process Manage orders and samples in SAP (Order-to-Cash process). Monitor the customer outbound process and perform corresponding tracking. Send and track technical documentation to customers. Track overdue payments and initiate collections as appropriate. Ensure proper document management and information traceability within the system. Commercial Support and Coordination Provide administrative and operational support to the commercial team. Coordinate information arising from business trips and commercial activities. Analyze and classify potential customers obtained at trade fairs and commercial events. REQUIREMENTS What We Are Looking for in You Education Medium-level Vocational Training (CFGM) or equivalent. Languages Spanish and English. Experience 2–5 years of experience in Customer Service. Experience working with SAP Business Client. Experience in order management and commercial administrative processes. Key Competencies Organizational ability and attention to detail.
