




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Technician in Organization and Business Management to design, implement, and ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and business expansion. This position participates in the Subsidy Program for Employment Contracts of Individuals in Situations of Greater Vulnerability: · Unemployed individuals aged 45 years or older. · Unemployed women aged 30 years or older in situations of vulnerability. · Long-term unemployed individuals aged 30 years or older. · Unemployed non-EU migrant individuals aged 30 years or older. For the purposes of this call, “unemployed women aged 30 years or older in situations of vulnerability” are those who meet one or more of the following criteria: o Women receiving Guaranteed Citizenship Income. o Women experiencing gender-based violence. o Women who are single mothers. REQUIREMENTS: · Engineering Degree \+ MBA · Minimum 1 year of experience performing the same functions within the social economy sector CONDITIONS: · Permanent contract / Full-time employment · Salary of €3,200 x 14 payments per year · Flexible working hours • Design, implement, and monitor the Operational Dashboard, ensuring control over management indicators • Ensure operational efficiency and sustainability of operations by optimizing resources, time, costs, and workloads • Conduct commercial visits and service follow-ups with clients, prepare economic budgets, and negotiate • Ensure service quality by monitoring compliance with procedures, technical standards, and client commitments • Draft tenders in coordination with the Technical Area Manager, providing operational, process-related, and feasibility information • Promote innovation and digitalization of internal processes and operations • Support business expansion from an operational perspective, ensuring real execution capacity • Manage the company’s operational procurement in coordination with Management (materials, equipment, consumables, machinery) • Coordinate and complement team functions * 12 months of experience.
