An international professional services firm requires a Senior Labor Technician for its Barcelona office, to join the Labor Department. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Degree in Labor Relations, Social Graduate, or equivalent * Minimum 4–5 years’ experience in labor advisory and management roles within consulting or management firms * Knowledge of various administrative platforms: Siltra, Contrat@, Certific@, Delt@, AEAT, etc. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint RESPONSIBILITIES Labor management of client portfolio * Preparation of payroll and social security contributions * Preparation and registration of employment contracts and contractual amendments * Social security administration (registrations, cancellations, modifications, secondments, certificates, Acredit@) * Interpretation and application of Collective Bargaining Agreements * Monitoring compliance with labor regulations * Filing of Forms 111, 190, 216, and 296 * Client advisory services ADDITIONAL ASSETS * Immediate availability * Familiarity with SAGE Despachos Connected, SAGE Nómina Plus, SAGE 200, or similar software * Conversational English proficiency * High motivation and commitment * Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team * Capacity to handle high volumes of information * Client orientation * Problem-solving ability * Ability to meet tight deadlines CONDITIONS * Competitive fixed salary plus variable component based on candidate’s professional merit * Social benefits via flexible compensation plan (meal card, transport card, childcare voucher, and private health insurance) * Full-time schedule: Monday–Thursday 9:00–14:00 and 15:15–18:30 / Friday 8:00–15:00 (flexible hours) * Intensive working schedule during August * Hybrid work model (2 days remote work per week) * 25 annual working days of vacation * Strong team of experienced professionals * Dynamic and youthful organizational culture * Indefinite-term contract with growth opportunities within the Firm About Russell Bedford Russell Bedford is a firm providing professional services since 1983.
