




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage human resources and administrative tasks, supporting inter-team communication and process implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive human resources management and general administrative support. 2. Key support in communication and coordination between Chinese and Spanish teams. 3. Essential role in implementing and monitoring internal regulations. Responsibilities: * Daily HR management: recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, personnel files * Support in employment contracts and basic legal compliance tasks * General administrative management (office, company vehicles, travel, internal coordination) * Support in implementing and monitoring internal processes and regulations * Support in communication between Chinese and Spanish teams * Other related tasks assigned by management Requirements: * University degree in HR, Administration, or related field * **Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written)** * Fluent Spanish (English is an asset) * 1–3 years of prior experience in HR or administration * Basic knowledge of Spanish labor legislation * Organized, responsible individual with strong communication skills Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent contract Salary: €25,000.00–€30,000.00 per year
