Your mission will be to manage the assigned customer portfolio in accordance with Office Management and Commercial Policy, ensuring its profitability and consolidation. You will monitor and supervise the administrative operations of the Office, promote new customer relationship models within your team—derived from the Transformation Plan—and carry out administrative and Customer Service tasks in line with the Business Unit’s defined service requirements, ensuring compliance with established regulations and procedures. **Let’s Talk About the Project...** ---------------------------- Your responsibilities will include: * Planning and executing your commercial activities to ensure achievement of your objectives. * Identifying business opportunities and communicating relevant information to Office Management. * Serving customers and non-customers in person, by phone, or electronically. * Driving customer referrals to digital channels based on daily operational propensity profiles. * Ensuring a positive customer experience within your scope of responsibility. * Negotiating pricing conditions for negotiable products, within the autonomy granted to you. * Monitoring operational compliance with agreements resulting from commercial actions and risk operations. * Monitoring and analyzing cash usage for daily operations, determining transfers with the central cash desk. * Negotiating and implementing specific actions to regularize irregular investments by customers in non-managed portfolios. * Assessing human, technical, and material resource needs to ensure the Office’s operational functionality. * Resolving operational incidents by disseminating applicable work regulations. * Collaborating in commercial processes and reporting identified business opportunities arising from customer interactions. * Applying the Occupational Risk Prevention regulations established by the Group, both regarding operations and facilities. **What Do We Value in Your Application?** ------------------------------------- We will value your application if: * You hold a diploma / degree or university bachelor’s degree in a business-related field. * You possess specific MIFID training, certified by the CNMV or validated by Banco Sabadell’s MIFID Training Specialized Committee.
