What will be your mission? You will be responsible for the **comprehensive operational management** of the gardening service: daily team coordination, liaison with clients and suppliers, and agile response to the needs of both mobile staff and fixed-site centers, ensuring compliance with standards, budget, and quality. What will you do on a day-to-day basis? * **Daily direction, coordination, and management** of the operational team (field and office support). * **Management and resolution of incidents** with clients, maintaining smooth and continuous communication. * **Operational planning**, monitoring of compliance, and preparation of **service plans**. * **Quality control** of the service and proposals for continuous improvement. * Coordination with Department Head/Director for **reporting and continuous improvement**. * Monitoring of the **annual budget** and control of the department’s plan. * Preparation of **adaptation budgets** when required by operations. Requirements **Experience** * Minimum **5 years** managing **operational teams**, ideally in services, maintenance, or construction. * Proven experience managing **field-based personnel** and demanding environments. * Prior experience in similar roles, **verifiable**. **Education** * Technical training relevant to the position (garden maintenance/services). * Specific training in **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP)**.
