




Job Summary: Attends to customer needs, generates sales, provides administrative support, and executes telephone-based commercial actions in the office. Key Responsibilities: 1. Incident management and customer retention. **CUSTOMER ADVISOR** **Location: Badajoz (Avda. Villanueva).** **Working Hours:** 9:00–14:00 and 16:00–19:00 **Job Description:** * Attend to customer needs and generate sales opportunities (direct sales, retention, reactivation, etc.) through direct contact with office customers and use of retention tools (Te Cuidamos). * Provide administrative support to the Office Director and Commercial Technicians to increase office efficiency. * Execute telephone-based commercial actions aimed at reactivating former customers or cancelled policies. * Attend potential customers visiting the office seeking information, to identify possible insurance needs. * Process incidents affecting the insurance policies of portfolio customers, improve customer retention levels, and generate new opportunities. * Commercial tasks derived from the SGC (Customer Service System). * Comply with MAPFRE Group’s institutional and organizational principles. **Requirements** * **Required Knowledge** + Teamwork + Direct sales + Customer retention + Insurance + Customer orientation + Commercial skills + Sales * **Desirable Qualifications** Initiative Results-oriented Commitment.
