Planning, management, and coordination of contractors At **Total Management Consulting**, we are currently recruiting a **Construction and Renovation Project Manager** for a major multinational company specializing in rental housing management. **What We Offer:** * 9-month temporary contract with potential for extension * 40-hour weekly working schedule * Fixed annual gross salary: €38,000 * Variable salary based on performance targets * Private health insurance * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break); Friday, 08:00–13:00 * Location: Nuevos Ministerios area (Madrid) **What We Are Looking For:** * Technical profile with at least 3 years’ experience in technical management of residential renovation and repair works * Experience in economic management of construction projects * Experience in managing and coordinating subcontractors * Experience in detailed document management * Interest in a position involving 70% office-based work and 30% on-site work **Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:** * Comprehensive management of renovation projects. * Technical and economic supervision during project design and execution phases. * Planning, management, and coordination of contractors. * Proactivity, strong organizational skills, and decision-making ability are essential. * Document management. * Ensuring adherence to project milestones, deadlines, and objectives.
