Summary: A consultancy is seeking an architect/engineer for technical construction control, performing tasks related to structural stability, registrations and reporting. Highlights: 1. Site visits in Barcelona and surrounding areas The consultancy requires 1 person with a degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering or Technical Engineering for its technical construction control department, holding a valid driving license. Permanent contract, full-time schedule from 7:30 to 15:30 with statutory breaks. Salary: €28,000 gross per year, paid in 14 installments. Carry out assigned tasks related to technical control of structural stability. Record on site sheets or other appropriate media the data derived from their activities (site visits). Prepare corresponding reports, certificates and minutes. Conduct site visits at locations in Barcelona and surrounding areas. * Diploma or Technical Engineering – Architecture * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering – Civil Engineering – Roads, Canals and Ports * Bachelor’s degree or Engineering – Architecture * Competencies / Knowledge: Familiarity with the Spanish Building Code (CTE) and its application on site.
