We are currently looking for a **CIVIL SUPERVISOR** for our Outsourcing division who wishes to join our team. Are you in? **What will your responsibilities be?** * Supervise on-site execution of civil works: earthworks, structures, reservoirs, channels, drainage systems, and piping. * Verify compliance with drawings, technical specifications, construction procedures, and applicable regulations. * Coordinate daily activities with contractors and subcontractors, resolving technical issues during construction. * Monitor progress, measurements, work quality, and productivity, reporting deviations. * Conduct periodic inspections, prepare reports, and maintain photographic records of construction progress. * Supervise proper material management, stockpiling, and quality control testing. * Ensure strict compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations on site. * Collaborate with engineering and technical office teams to resolve interferences and potential modifications. * Participate in construction coordination meetings and weekly planning sessions. * Review and validate documentation provided by contractors (ITPs, procedures, checklists, certifications). **What do we offer?** * Opportunity to join a leading company in the engineering sector. * Multidisciplinary and highly qualified team working on innovative projects. * Commitment to equal opportunities, diversity, and inclusion for all individuals. * Innovative career plan and professional development tailored to your needs, fostering growth and professional projection. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * **Education:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Roads, Canals and Ports), Public Works Engineering, or related field. Additional training in construction safety (PRL 60 h or equivalent) is desirable. * **Experience:** 3–5 years’ experience supervising civil works. Proven experience in hydraulic and linear infrastructure projects: reservoirs, channels, pressurized pipelines, drainage networks, or conduits. Experience in mining, environmental, or large-scale earthworks projects is valued. * **Knowledge:** * Advanced interpretation of civil drawings, topography, and technical documentation. * Proficiency in AutoCAD, Office 365, and construction monitoring tools. * Quality control of materials and construction procedures. * Intermediate-to-advanced technical English (desirable).
