As a member of the shift team, the Technical Operator is responsible for machine operation. If this sounds like you, we’d love to talk. **Job Responsibilities** * Comply with Essity’s safety standards. * Ensure product quality meets specifications through periodic testing. * Ensure non-conforming products are rejected or blocked. * Execute various standards generated at the unit via DDS: SOP, CIL, Center Lining, specifications, preventive work orders (SAP), etc. * Perform machine repairs during corrective maintenance activities. * Supervise and actively collaborate on format changeovers, maintenance, testing, and other technical activities. * Prepare raw materials and load them onto the machine according to established standards. * Maintain proper communication during shift handover (previous and next shift). * Maintain proper communication with other personnel involved in machine operation. * Participate in data entry and reporting generated during production. * Work according to personnel development programs (121\). **Who You Are** * Industrial environment experience * Higher vocational training degree (mechatronics, etc.) * English language knowledge is an asset * Office software (Word and Excel) * SAP maintenance management system * Welding experience * Experience with preventive diagnostic tools **Competencies** • Action-oriented * Customer-focused * Functional / technical skills * Integrity and trust in peer relationships * Daily learning * Problem solving * Self-awareness * Time management **What We Offer** At Essity, we believe every career is as unique as the individual, and we empower employees to reach their full potential within a winning culture driven by a powerful purpose.
