Job stability and compensation commensurate with experience. #### **Job Description** We are looking for a **Draftsman/Draftswoman** with experience in industrial design and machinery development to join the technical team of a leading technology company specializing in the design and manufacturing of naval machinery. The selected candidate will work on deck machinery for naval applications, developing technical drawings, 3D models, and technical documentation for customized solutions targeting clients in the naval sector. #### **What We Offer** * **Join** a growing technology company with innovative projects in the field of naval machinery. * A **dynamic and collaborative** work environment, offering opportunities for learning and professional development. * **Job stability** and compensation aligned with the candidate's experience and value. * Involvement in customized projects and direct interaction with engineering and production departments. #### **Main Responsibilities** * **Preparation of technical drawings** for naval deck machinery, complying with regulatory standards and project requirements. * **Development of 3D models and assemblies**, and preparation of construction details for manufacturing. * **Definition of dimensions, tolerances, and technical specifications** applicable to parts and assemblies. * **Preparation and maintenance of bills of materials (BOM)** and associated documentation for production and procurement. * **Technical support** to engineering and production departments regarding design and manufacturing clarifications. * **Review and updating of technical documentation** throughout various project phases (proposal, design, as\-built). * **Collaboration in developing solutions** tailored to customer requirements and manufacturing constraints. #### **Requirements** * Technical education in **Drafting, Industrial Design**, or related fields. * Prior experience as a **project draftsman** in an industrial setting, preferably in machinery or the naval sector. * Proficiency in **SolidWorks** for 3D modeling, assembly, and drawing generation (experience managing configurations and complex assemblies is a plus). * Ability to **interpret technical drawings and documentation**, and translate requirements into executable designs. * Intermediate level of **English** (reading technical documentation and basic communication). * An **organized, meticulous** individual with strong teamwork skills. #### **Desired Competencies** * Knowledge of naval fabrication and assembly processes. * Experience in technical documentation management and version control. * Familiarity with DWG, PDF formats, and BOM management integrated with ERP/PLM systems. * Proactivity, quality orientation, and ability to prioritize tasks across concurrent projects. #### **How to Apply** If you meet the requirements and are interested in joining our team, please submit your application indicating your availability, relevant experience, and SolidWorks proficiency level.
