Dynamic international environment We are looking for a reliable and driven **Rental Agent** to manage and grow our portfolio of **long\-term and mid\-term rental properties** on the Costa Del Sol. **About us** We manage residential properties for international owners, focusing on stable, high\-quality rentals for long\-term tenants and mid\-term stays (1–11 months). **Key responsibilities** * Manage rental listings across platforms and channels * Handle tenant inquiries and conduct viewings * Screen tenants and manage contracts * Coordinate move\-ins and move\-outs * Maintain communication with property owners * Oversee property condition and coordinate maintenance when needed * Optimize occupancy and rental performance **We are looking for someone who:** * Is organized, proactive, and results\-driven * Has strong communication and negotiation skills * Speaks fluent English (Spanish is highly valuable) * Has experience in long\-term rentals, real estate, or property management * Is comfortable handling contracts and tenant processes * Has a driver’s license (preferred) **We offer:** * A key role in a growing company * Performance\-based earning potential * Flexible working structure * Opportunity to build and manage your own portfolio * Dynamic international environment in Málaga **Start date:** As agreed Job Type: Full\-time Pay: 1,500\.00€ per month Work Location: Remote
