Agile and growing startup environment We seek a versatile person responsible for end-to-end administrative management (invoicing and payroll support), customer service, and supporting our network expansion by onboarding new nurseries. However, if you’re motivated to join a team where your impact will be visible every day and your initiative is essential, we encourage you to keep reading. **Key responsibilities you’ll undertake:** * Administrative and Financial Management: You’ll manage the full invoicing cycle (issuance, review, and follow-up) using Holded. * Customer Service: You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for our existing customers via email and phone. * Prospecting and Onboarding: You’ll make calls to nurseries to introduce our project and secure their enrollment in our network. * Data and Operations Management: You’ll maintain an up-to-date CRM and support the operations team with daily administrative tasks. * People Support (HR): You’ll assist the HR lead with required administrative procedures. * Grant and Subsidy Management: You’ll collaborate on preparing and submitting applications for platform-related grants and subsidies. Requirements * Administrative experience: Prior background in administration, ideally involving invoicing or administrative support. * Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication, with fluency in English. * Human-oriented commercial profile: Ability to conduct calm, active-listening–driven, and highly assertive calls. * Organization and multitasking: You must be highly organized; you’ll juggle multiple concurrent responsibilities (payroll, invoices, calls) and need to prioritize effectively. * Digital proficiency: Fluent use of tools such as Excel, Holded, Factorial, and CRM. **We’ll positively consider:** * Registration in Barakaldo. * Customer Success experience: If you’ve previously worked with customers, you’re already ahead. * Education sector experience: We’d love to hear that you’ve worked with nurseries or educational centers. * Startup/SME DNA: If you’re already familiar with the pace of an agile company, you’ll fit right in.
