The selected candidate will participate in structural inspection campaigns, integrity assessments, and thickness measurements on hulls, tanks, cargo holds, deck structures, and auxiliary equipment—both in dry dock and onboard. **Location: Nationwide operations (ports, shipyards, and onboard vessels and offshore platforms)** **Work Mode:** On-site with travel required **Main Responsibilities** * Perform non-destructive testing on naval structures and components: o Ultrasonic Testing (UT/UTM – Thickness Measurement) o Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) o Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) o Radiographic Testing (RT) o Visual Welding Inspection (VT/WI) o Phased Array / TOFD (desirable) * Carry out and document certified thickness measurements for IACS classification societies. * Prepare technical reports, measurement drawings, and documentation compliant with class requirements. * Participate in dry-dock inspections, naval repairs, conversions, and special surveys (SS/IO). * Coordinate activities with shipowners, shipyards, and class surveyors. * Comply with maritime, port, and ISM Code safety standards. **Requirements:** * Minimum certification EN ISO 9712 or equivalent in: o UT Level 2 (mandatory) o MT Level 2 (preferred) o PT Level 2 (preferred) o VT Level 2 (preferred) * Certification or demonstrable experience in IACS Thickness Measurements (UTM for class). * STCW maritime safety training preferred. * Technical and personal skills + Ability to work autonomously in demanding environments. + Knowledge of reading structural drawings and schematics (midship section, frame spacing, decks…). + Proficiency with UT equipment and naval reporting software. + Willingness and ability to travel and work onboard. + Technical English applied to reporting and professional communication within the maritime sector. * **Experience: Minimum 2 years’ experience** in naval structural inspection or the offshore sector.
