Based in Barcelona, we seek a proactive and well-organized individual to join our Human Resources department. You will play a key role in professional recruitment and selection, working hand-in-hand with hiring managers to ensure an agile and positive process for both the organization and applicants. Your responsibilities will include performing various administrative and coordination tasks necessary to maximize the impact of our recruitment strategies. This includes sending and tracking tests and assessments, ensuring their timely completion, as well as managing initial communications with candidates. You will have the opportunity to clarify their general questions and respond to inquiries regarding their future professional paths, including freelance collaboration opportunities. You will also closely collaborate on interview planning, effectively coordinating with hiring teams to meet both specific requests and anticipated needs. You will maintain and improve our candidate tracking systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility at all times. Additionally, you will manage interview room bookings, contributing to seamless logistics. This position offers comprehensive experience across the entire new staff onboarding process. Residence in Barcelona or surrounding areas is required. Attendance at our office located at Avenida Diagonal 615 is mandatory. Enrollment in university studies (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) is required to formalize a training agreement. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are desirable for potential future consulting opportunities. Full-time availability is required, with potential for permanent employment within six months.
