Working with positively tuned people **About Us:** **Hi there, we are The Liberty Productions,** We are a leading European classical music concert organizer. Known for producing classical shows with repertoire composed by geniuses in prestigious venues across cities of Barcelona, Brussels, Budapest, Amsterdam and Prague. **Role overview:** The Sales \& Venue Coordinator is responsible for proactively driving ticket sales onsite, managing a team of promoters, and ensuring the smooth execution of Classic Gala events. Acting as the primary contact at the venue, this hands\-on role combines sales, team leadership, and event oversight to deliver an exceptional experience for attendees. **Key Responsibilities:** * Act as the main point of contact onsite for Classic Gala events and staff; communicate directly with The Liberty Production management * **Proactively sell tickets in person at the box office of the church** * Hire and manage the team of promoters by organizing their work schedules, resolving their payments, and **overseeing their performance \-** **active control** * Ensure that the show runs on time * Oversee the inventory of print materials * Communicate with the orchestra regarding payroll and schedule management * Represent the company in dealings with the venue management * Create reports * Maintain box office and branding at the venue **Required Qualifications:** * Fluent in Spanish and English * Good organizational skills * Pro\-active communication skills * Attention to detail in managing inventory, payroll, and administrative tasks * Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems on the spot * Experience in team management, including hiring, scheduling, and performance oversight **What We Offer:** * Salary based on performance \- sky is the limit (average nett 1300\-2500 EUR) * Fixed working hours April\-August (From **Thursday till Sunday** \- 4 working days) September \- December (from Tuesday till Sunday) approx. 8 hours a day * The opportunity to be a key player in an expanding cultural initiative across Europe * Opportunities for personal and professional growth within the company. * A dynamic and engaging work environment in stunning, historic venues * Working with tourist \- positively tuned people since they are on holiday **To Apply:** Please send us your CVs. **Start Date**: 2\.4\.2026 Job Types: Contract, Commission Application Deadline: 15/03/2026 Expected Start Date: 02/04/2026 Job Types: Contract, Commission Pay: 1,300\.00€ \- 2,500\.00€ per month Work Location: In person
