It’s what we do.** **Develop your career with us.** **What will you do?** Within the Finance Strategy & Transformation team, we seek a Junior Consultant profile to contribute to the development of our ambitious growth plan. You will have the opportunity to participate in transformation projects across various sectors, including Telecommunications, Automotive, Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG), Energy, etc. We primarily deliver corporate function transformation programs, focusing on Finance and Management Control functions, supporting the transformation of Integrated Planning processes (strategic, business, financial), analysis and scenario generation, predictive modeling, investment valuation, design and implementation of digital reporting models, analytical models, and allocation / cost-allocation models, among others. You will join the team as a Senior Consultant. You will lead specialist tasks within projects, be responsible for coordinating the work of more junior colleagues within the project, and manage project delivery timelines. At this stage, excellence in deliverable quality, value contribution, client interaction and trust level, and holistic understanding of project status are critical. **What do you need to know?** * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) and/or Economics, or in Engineering / Higher Engineering. * Prior experience in finance, strategy, and transformation consulting, delivering projects similar to those described above, is valued. * Prior experience in the Telecommunications, Automotive, FMCG, and Energy sectors is also valued. * Knowledge of financial tools. * Interpersonal skills for people management and adaptability to diverse environments. * Proven experience in project leadership and team management. * Strong analytical capability, problem-solving skills, and autonomy. * Fluent English (minimum C1 level) is mandatory.
