




Summary: We are seeking an Economic Management Administrator to support the administrative and economic management of a non-profit entity, improving processes and economic monitoring. A non-profit social initiative entity (social insertion company) is looking for an Economic Management Administrator to support the entity’s administrative and economic management, working in direct coordination with the entity’s management team. The selected candidate will participate in economic monitoring of activities and process management improvement within an organization engaged in productive activity and delivering social impact. • Support management in economic monitoring of activities and performance analysis. • Analytical cost allocation and support in budgetary control. • Payment, treasury, and cash management. • Procurement management and supplier relationship management. • Monitoring of supplier contracts and support in negotiating terms. • Preparation and monitoring of financial justifications for subsidies linked to social projects and the social insertion company. • Coordination with external payroll service provider for payroll administration. • Review and cost allocation of payroll expenses across different projects or activity lines. • Identification of opportunities for improvement and cost optimization. • Organizational support to management, meeting coordination, and task follow-up. * Experience: 2 years. Senior profile: · Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or economic management. • Minimum 3 years’ experience in administrative or economic management. • Advanced proficiency in SAGE 200. • Ability to independently carry out economic monitoring tasks. Junior profile: • Initial or up to 2 years’ experience in administrative or accounting management. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Spanish (spoken: advanced; written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Knowledge of analytical accounting and cost control. Experience in budgetary monitoring and economic control of projects. Knowledge of public subsidy management and justification. Knowledge of treasury and payment management. Experience in project- or cost-center-based cost allocation. Basic knowledge of labor management and payroll review. Experience in supplier management and procurement control. Familiarity or experience with ERP or accounting management software (especially Sage 200).
