Main responsibilities will include contacting individuals and businesses to acquire new insured clients and drive business growth. It will be essential to identify each customer’s needs and deliver benefit-focused product sales. You will promote property and personal insurance products and manage signed policies to ensure portfolio retention. Performance analysis using tools such as Sales Force will be key to your professional development. A high school diploma is required; prior experience in the insurance sector and possession of a Class B driver’s license with personal vehicle are desirable. A full-time self-employed contract with flexible working hours is offered, along with remuneration comprising a fixed base salary plus commissions based on achievement of targets.
