




We are looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our Purchasing Department located at our headquarters in Barcelona. We are seeking a motivated individual eager to learn, ready to take on new challenges, capable of working effectively in a team, and accustomed to handling high workloads within defined timeframes. Key responsibilities include: * Managing administrative workflows for supplier invoice review. * Liaising with suppliers to resolve issues. * Digitizing documentation. * Accounting for invoices. * Preparing payments / bank transfers. REQUIREMENTS: * Vocational Training in Administration or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ prior experience in administrative / purchasing / supplier departments. * SAP user-level proficiency; intermediate-level Microsoft Office skills. * Intermediate English.
