As a Shift Supervisor, you will assist with openings and closings—critical elements in planning a successful shift. You will spend much of your time learning what it takes to run a profitable restaurant—for example: managing schedules, orders, and budgets. The key is understanding that our customers expect the best from us, and you will lead your team to deliver it. This means having the right person, with the right skills, in the right place at the right time—and ensuring they know what is expected of them.
