Support for educational and family teams in emotional management Country Spain Province Vigo \- Pontevedra Application Deadline 15/06/2026 Category Direct Care **NGO Information** Fundación Aldaba **Rating** (0 ratings) **info** Response Rate: 76.29% **info** **Objective** ------------ * Individualized Psychosocial Assessment: Initial evaluation and ongoing monitoring of each minor’s emotional and cognitive status, identifying trauma, mental health needs, and developmental maturity levels. * Individual and Group Psychological Intervention: addressing early adversity, migratory grief, etc. * Preparation for Independent Living: Guidance toward labor and community integration and autonomy—essential for youth transitioning out of the protection system. * Accompaniment during Foster Placement and Adaptation: Intervention throughout the minor’s adaptation process to the foster family home, managing conflicts and fostering secure attachment. * Design of the Individual Educational Project (IEP): Collaboration with educators to develop personalized plans incorporating autonomy goals, training, and documentation regularization. * Support for Educational and Family Teams: Managing dysregulated behaviors through training in emotional management and understanding cultural norms. * Referral Reports: To external resources, therapies, etc. **Profile:** * Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology. * Additional Training: Specialization in trauma, interculturality, migratory grief, adolescent intervention, or social intervention. * Skills: High empathy, interdisciplinary teamwork, conflict resolution, and cultural flexibility. * Certificate of absence of sexual offenses (mandatory). * Driver’s license Preference will be given to candidates holding a disability certificate of 33% or higher.
