You will serve as the bridge between business and technology, defining the product vision, prioritizing features, and ensuring that technological solutions deliver real value to users and the organization. Responsibilities * Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. * Identify opportunities based on market analysis, metrics, and user feedback. * Prioritize the backlog and manage the development cycle using agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). * Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements. * Collaborate with development, UX/UI, QA, and stakeholder teams. * Define KPIs and measure product performance. * Lead product launches and continuous improvement strategies. * Manage risks, dependencies, and release planning. Technical Requirements * \+4 years of experience as a Product Manager in IT or digital environments. * Experience working with agile development teams. * Sufficient technical knowledge to interact with architects and developers. * Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or similar. * Metrics analysis (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or other BI tools). * Basic knowledge of UX and software architecture.
