If you hold a degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering and have at least 5 years of proven experience in the railway sector, we invite you to join our team in Oviedo. Selected candidates will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, contributing to the advancement and modernization of railway infrastructures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Comprehensive management of "Railway Blockade" works, ensuring compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. * Coordination of technical and construction teams for proper project execution. * Supervision and control of fixed and mobile communications systems installations, Control, Command and Signaling (CCS) systems, auxiliary detection and power supply systems, and civil protection and security installations. * Strict application of current railway regulations throughout all project phases. * Active participation in construction supervision and monitoring, ensuring safety and efficiency. * Analysis and resolution of technical and operational incidents. * Preparation of progress reports and associated technical documentation for projects. * Maintenance of fluent communication with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. * Geographic mobility for project supervision across various locations, including but not limited to Pravia and Cudillero. **Requirements:** * University degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Minimum of 5 years’ professional experience in similar positions, with particular emphasis on the railway sector. * Knowledge and experience in fixed and mobile telecommunications systems. * Experience in Control, Command and Signaling (CCS) systems. * Familiarity with auxiliary detection and power supply systems. * Knowledge of civil protection and security installations. * Proven experience in project management and construction supervision and monitoring. * Proficiency in applicable railway regulations. * Knowledge of Railway Traffic Control. * Willingness to travel and national geographic mobility. * Leadership ability, proactivity, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project). * Experience in railway homologations and certifications. * Technical English proficiency.
