Site Manager – Installations / Telecommunications Santiago de Compostela (100% on-site) We are looking for a **Site Manager** with experience in **technical installations (telecommunications, fiber optics, structured cabling)** to join projects in Santiago de Compostela. What will be your role? You will be responsible for on-site execution of installation projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and costs, as well as coordination of technical teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities * Planning and management of on-site work (cabling, conduit installation, equipment installation) * Coordination of technicians and subcontractors * Management of materials, resources, and warehouse * Resolution of on-site incidents * Reporting on progress, milestones, and deviations * Interaction with client and project team * Implementation of occupational health and safety regulations (PRL) * Training of technicians (fiber optics, UTP, cabling certification) Requirements * Experience in **installations / telecommunications / fiber optics (FTTH)** * Experience in construction sites or field deployment * Ability to coordinate teams * Knowledge of construction planning and resource management * Intermediate/advanced English (B2–C1 preferred) **Mandatory:** Availability to travel and temporarily reside outside your city, including abroad.
