Analyze technical requirements and system specifications. Define RF architectures for new developments. Design RF and microwave modules and components (MMICs), such as filters, amplifiers, mixers, and other high-frequency circuits. Perform electromagnetic, thermal, and signal simulations using specialized tools. Participate in RF system integration and validation. Design and execute test procedures to verify component and system performance both in the laboratory and other testing environments. ✅ What are we looking for? Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electronics, or a related field. Motivation to engage in innovation and technological development projects. Experience in requirement analysis, specification definition, and architecture design. Knowledge and experience in designing RF and microwave components and modules (MMICs). Proficiency with electromagnetic, thermal, and signal simulation tools. Experience in RF system integration and testing. Especially valued: Experience with Gallium Nitride (GaN)-based technologies or other Group III-V semiconductors. Knowledge of semiconductor technologies such as Silicon (Si) and Germanium (Ge).
