With a strong commitment to safety, sustainability, and excellence, FairWind has earned its reputation as a trusted partner in the renewable energy industry. **Job Summary** We seek Wind Turbine Maintenance Technicians with experience to perform operational duties and execute spot services at wind farms, providing flexible technical support for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance tasks—fully compliant with FairWind and client standards. Assignments will be conducted nationally and internationally. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** * Perform spot services activities in wind farms, supporting maintenance, installation, and incident resolution tasks * Carry out corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on wind turbines; diagnose faults and implement troubleshooting interventions to restore turbine operability * Execute a variety of tasks including: * Mechanical and electrical work * Cabling and retrofits * Inspections and minor repairs * Work with various wind turbine technologies, rapidly adapting to site-specific requirements * Provide flexible technical support to ongoing projects and operational needs * Support short-term assignments, campaigns, and urgent interventions * Collaborate with construction teams, supervisors, and clients to ensure efficient execution * Ensure timely completion of work in accordance with quality standards * Report site conditions, technical incidents, and improvement opportunities **What Do We Offer?** * Competitive salary with professional development opportunities. * A dynamic, collaborative, and continuously growing environment within the renewable energy sector. * Opportunity to work in an international setting. **Requirements:** --------------- * Experience in wind turbine installation, maintenance, or service. * Experience performing corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance on wind turbines. * Experience diagnosing faults and resolving failures across multiple wind turbine platforms (e.g., GE, SGRE, Vestas, Nordex). * Ability to rapidly adapt to diverse tasks, projects, and wind turbine technologies. * Experience in tasks such as mechanical work, cabling, bolt tensioning, inspections, or retrofits. * Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems in wind turbines. * Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and work instructions.
