DESCRIPTION AVOS TECH, PROSEGUR’s BPO division, is pleased to announce the search for a **Teleoperator for the Insurance Sector**, requiring 1 year of experience. We are currently expanding our team with dedicated professionals for one of our most important clients in the insurance sector—a benchmark company in our country. If you have a commercial vocation and are passionate about telecommunications and sales, this is your opportunity! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Specialized commercial management of home insurance, with a direct focus on the company’s existing customers. * Making outbound calls and managing inbound calls to offer and advise on insurance products. * Achieving commercial and customer service quality targets. * Detailed logging of customer interactions in our systems. **What We Offer:** * **Initial Training:** You will receive prior face-to-face, paid, and selective training, held from March 16 to March 27, from 12:00 to 18:00 (excluding weekends). This training is key to your success in the role. * **Working Hours:** We offer a Monday-to-Friday schedule, with options from 12:00 to 18:00 or from 13:00 to 19:00, plus mandatory attendance one Saturday per month from 09:00 to 14:00. The weekly workload is 30 hours. * If you require a 25- or 20-hour weekly schedule, we will adapt to your needs! * **Location:** Onboarding will be onsite at our offices, located next to the Hospital 12 de Octubre. Excellent public transport connections (bus, Renfe, and Metro) facilitate your daily commute. * **Salary:** Salary follows the applicable collective agreement, with a base of 1\.098,69 euros gross per month for a 30-hour week, plus significant performance-based commissions. * **Stability:** Permanent contract and the opportunity to join a sector-leading company. **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 1 year of prior experience as a teleoperator, telephone sales representative, or call center agent—preferably within the insurance sector. * Demonstrable commercial and sales skills. * Results-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving targets. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to learn and adapt to new products and procedures. * Proficiency in basic computer tools (office software). * Proactive, dynamic attitude with strong professional growth aspirations.
