




Position Summary: Responsible for the accounting and financial management of a renovation company serving homeowners' associations, covering everything from daily accounting to financial control and treasury management. Key Highlights: 1. Leads daily accounting, reconciliations, and receivables/payables control. 2. Manages full tax compliance, including VAT, Personal Income Tax (IRPF), and Form 347. 3. Performs financial closings, variance analysis, and cash flow forecasting. Head of the Accounting and Finance Department for a Renovation and Repair Company serving Homeowners' Associations. Daily Accounting * Recording of issued and received invoices. * Bank reconciliations. * Receivables and payables control. * Supplier management. Taxation * Preparation and filing of **VAT returns (Forms 303, 390\)**. * Withholding taxes **Personal Income Tax (IRPF) (Forms 111, 190\)**. * Form 347\. * Support regarding Corporate Income Tax. Financial Closings and Control * Monthly and annual closings. * Preparation of balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements. * Variance analysis. * Audit support, if applicable. Treasury * Cash flow forecasting. * Monitoring of overdue payments. * Oversight of insurance policies or financing arrangements. Specifically: * Cost control per project. * Project-based invoicing. * Review of actual vs. budgeted margins. * Coordination with construction and administration teams.
