Do you enjoy customer service? This could be your opportunity! We are seeking **customer service agents** for a major banking institution. Your daily responsibilities will include providing support and assistance to customers via various channels such as telephone calls, WhatsApp, and email. Your duties will include: Handling incoming calls and making outgoing calls Resolving questions and inquiries Managing incidents and providing general support Opening accounts and performing administrative tasks Providing personalized advice and customer service **Training** Training is designed for beginners, so prior banking experience is not required. We will teach you everything necessary to succeed in this role. The most important qualities for us are your attitude, willingness to learn, customer orientation, and motivation to join a dynamic team. Training will be conducted in person at our Bergondo office (Rúa Parroquia de Rois, 18B, Bergondo, A Coruña (15166\)) from May 27 to June 5 inclusive, Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00. Training will be compensated at €10 per training day, paid after successful completion of the first month of employment. **What We Offer:** Initial contract for production-related reasons, with an anticipated start date of 08/06\. Real opportunities for continuity and stability, as this is a stable service with plans for workforce expansion. **Available Shifts:** **Part-time – 30 hours per week** Rotating shifts Monday to Friday: One week from 08:00 to 14:00 Another week from 16:00 to 22:00 Salary: €1,098.69 gross/month. **Full-time – 39 hours per week** Irregular shifts Monday to Friday. Flexible availability required between 10:00 and 22:00, with work scheduled according to planning. Shifts will be communicated with sufficient advance notice to facilitate personal organization. Salary: €1,428.30 gross/month.
