Customer service and loyalty: Delivering excellent service at checkout lines, ensuring adherence to the company’s service commitment; understanding and communicating loyalty initiatives (Carrefour Club/Fidelity Club, promotions, events); and meeting sales targets. Cash handling and collections: Ensuring the collection process follows company guidelines, performing cash drawer reconciliations accurately, and withdrawing cash according to established procedures. Workstation maintenance: Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and fully equipped with all necessary tools to ensure efficient performance.
