Job Summary: We are seeking a sushi and Asian cuisine chef to work in Orihuela, with culinary school training or demonstrable experience in the sector. Key Points: 1. Culinary school training or demonstrable experience We are looking for a chef with experience in preparing sushi and other Asian dishes to work in Orihuela. Culinary school training or verifiable restaurant experience is required. Availability to work from March to August 2026 and residence in Orihuela or nearby towns is required. A six-month temporary contract is offered, with a gross salary of €11.85 per hour. Additionally, a premium of €24.67 will be paid for each holiday worked. The schedule will be rotating within an intensive working day, with two days off per week. * Culinary school training or demonstrable restaurant experience. * Experience in preparing Asian cuisine, especially sushi. * Availability to work from March to August 2026. * Residence in Orihuela or surrounding areas.
