Main duties include handling meat for cutting, deboning, or sorting pieces. The role also involves preparing products for subsequent packaging or processing, as well as operating production machinery under strict safety regulations. Additionally, the operator will perform visual quality checks to ensure products are free from defects or anomalies. Maintaining workplace order and cleanliness in compliance with food hygiene regulations is essential. Production and traceability data will be recorded, and food safety and occupational risk prevention protocols will be implemented. The operator will assist in warehouse management, including loading, unloading, and storage in refrigerated chambers. Correct labeling and condition of packaging will be verified, and any incidents or deviations detected during the process will be reported. The contract is temporary, full-time (40 hours per week), scheduled across rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Sunday, with legally mandated rest periods. * Proven experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and versatile individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage. * Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or equivalent.
