




Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized professional to evolve from a hands-on kitchen role to overseeing culinary operations across multiple establishments. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership development and team training in high-volume hospitality settings. We seek a highly dynamic and well-organized individual to join our team in Madrid. Initially, you will immerse yourself in our kitchens, rotating through all areas: hot kitchen, cold kitchen, food preparation, and plating. This experience will allow you to gain in-depth knowledge of our menu, operational processes, and high quality standards. You will work alongside the Executive Chef, supervising operations and learning culinary management in a high-volume environment. Subsequently, your responsibilities will expand. You will supervise kitchens across several establishments, coordinating with chefs to optimize menus, control costs, and refine processes. You will conduct audits, identify areas for improvement, and propose solutions. You will collaborate on team training, fostering a productive work environment. Inventory control, recipe costing, yield management, and overall productivity will be critical. This position is suited for proactive, solution-oriented individuals with strong resilience to intense work rhythms. We value leadership, team-building capability, and results orientation. Prior experience in high-volume hospitality is required, along with mastery of kitchen operations and standardization processes. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for travel within the Community of Madrid and occasionally beyond. Flexibility in working hours and commitment to quality are highly valued.
