Focus on product quality and teamwork. **Job Title:** Bakery Baker – Porriño Workshop. **Mission:** Produce daily bakery items, control inventory, and maintain the workshop in accordance with established cleanliness standards. **Functions and Responsibilities** * Production of daily bakery items. * Kneading, dividing, shaping, and baking assigned doughs. * Performing tasks designated by the supervisor. * Ordering goods when minimum stock level is reached (in bakery). * Managing and preparing last-minute orders. * Preparing route orders. * Cleaning the workshop, machinery, and tools used upon completion of work. * Monitoring storage of semi-finished products to manage their production. * Quality control of products (products must be released under specified conditions). **Competencies** * **Education:** * Bakery (focused on artisanal breads and sourdough starters) * **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years of professional experience in the production department of an artisanal bakery. * **Other Knowledge:** * Office software proficiency. * **Skills:** * Proactivity. * Commitment. * Problem-solving ability. * Self-sufficiency. * Teamwork. **Other Requirements** * Valid driving license and personal transport vehicle. **Objectives** * Carry out and fulfill daily production targets and last-minute orders as assigned by the supervisor, adhering to company standards and reporting any production incidents. * Submit daily inventory reports to the supervisor regarding required goods for the workshop after verifying minimum stock levels.
