End-to-end management of delivery notes and invoicing. 2. Support in general accounting tasks and incident resolution. 3. Virtual and telephone customer service. We are looking for an accounting professional to join a machinery company serving the mining, construction, and civil engineering sectors, located in Vallecas. Your responsibilities will include managing delivery notes and invoicing, as well as providing support for general accounting tasks. You will be responsible for tracking and resolving any incidents related to orders. You will also handle customer service via virtual and telephone channels, and perform other duties inherent to the position. A full-time temporary contract is offered, with 40 working hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Friday, split shift, between 07:00 and 16:00, including legally mandated breaks. * Prior experience in the transportation, automotive, or related sectors. * We seek a dynamic and proactive individual. * Proximity to the workplace is desirable. * Degree or vocational training in accounting, logistics, or related fields. \- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
