




Job Summary: We are seeking a Higher Technician in Administration and Finance to support the administration department, overseeing accounting operations, document management, and monitoring of receipts and payments, ensuring accurate financial information. Monitoring of company receipts and payments In Fuenlabrada, we are looking for someone to support the administration department. The selected candidate will be responsible for controlling accounting operations, managing all associated documentation, and monitoring receipts and payments. They will also assist in tax preparation and perform bank reconciliations for the group, ensuring the company’s financial information is accurate and functions smoothly. Specific tasks include uploading issued and received invoices to ubycuo, performing bank reconciliations for all companies within the group, and monitoring receipts and payments based on forecasts. Additionally, the candidate will prepare and reconcile quarterly taxes (e.g., forms 303, 115, and 111) and annual taxes, as well as manage documentation. Accounting accounts will be reviewed at the end of each quarter; supplier payment batches will be managed; and payroll entries, garnishments, and advances will be recorded or reviewed. A Higher Technician in Administration and Finance qualification is required, along with strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of Sage 50 or Sage 200. Although not mandatory, familiarity with ubycuo is considered an advantage. A permanent, full-time contract is offered, with an annual gross salary between 21,800 € and 22,000 €.
