Job Summary: We are seeking a production operator to conduct transformer testing, assemble accessories, verify results, and contribute to process improvement. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conducting tests and assembling accessories on transformers. 2. Verifying and meticulously recording test results. 3. Actively collaborating to optimize work methods. We require a production operator to perform transformer testing. Main tasks include assembling accessories onto transformers and carrying out routine tests in accordance with established regulations. The operator will also be responsible for verifying and meticulously recording the results of all tests performed. It is essential to identify and report any incidents or defects detected during the testing process, actively collaborating with the team to optimize work methods. This position involves rotating shifts every fifteen days (morning shift: 6:00–14:00 h; afternoon shift: 14:00–22:00 h). The gross annual salary is €20.061,92. The initial contract duration is six months, with the possibility of becoming a permanent employee. * Vocational training qualification (Intermediate or Advanced Level) in Electricity. * 2–3 years’ experience in industrial environments. * Electrical knowledge and ability to read electrical drawings and schematics. * Highly methodical, organized, and rigorous individual. * Own vehicle. * Immediate availability. * Residence near Montornès del Vallès. * Teamwork and effective communication skills. * Methodical, organized, proactive, dynamic, eager to learn, and versatile individual.
