Provide initial training and support professional growth We are looking for an active and methodical individual to take charge of the packaging area at a well-established cosmetics company located in Llinars del Vallès. The ideal candidate must have solid knowledge of packaging processes and consistently seek ways to improve them, ensuring that products delivered to customers meet the highest quality standards. Modern machinery will be used across packaging and labeling lines, with the aim of optimizing daily operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for organizing and supervising a team of 14 to 18 operators, fostering a positive work environment and maximizing team performance. It is essential to motivate staff, allocate tasks effectively, and achieve production targets. Initial training will be provided, along with opportunities for continued professional development. This is a key role with significant impact on operational efficiency and final product quality. This is a permanent position with a fixed afternoon schedule from Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00. The annual gross salary is €32,000, potentially increasing to €35,000 gross per year after six months, subject to satisfactory performance. Previous experience in supervisory or managerial roles within production or packaging departments. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage work teams. Knowledge of packaging and labeling machinery. Strong orientation toward quality and process improvement. Communication and organizational skills. Technical or production-related education is an advantage.
