




Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced mechanical workshop operator for assembly, blueprint interpretation, and tool usage, with prospects for external installations and team support. Temporary contract with potential for permanent employment We are looking for a mechanical workshop operator with prior experience. Main responsibilities include assembling parts and subassemblies, reading and interpreting technical blueprints, and using various hand tools such as angle grinders, drills, and wrenches. The operator will also be responsible for adjusting and verifying completed assemblies. Initially, work will be carried out in the workshop; however, progressive involvement in on-site installations at customer facilities will be required. Support will be provided to the manufacturing and installation team. This position involves a weekly working schedule of 40 hours, distributed from Monday to Friday on a split shift basis. Flexibility is essential to adapt to production requirements and external installations. Remuneration will be based on the official Category 1 salary level under the Siderometallurgy Collective Agreement. A temporary contract will be offered initially, with the possibility of permanent employment. Internal training opportunities and professional growth paths will be available. Prior experience in an industrial mechanical workshop is required. Knowledge of assembly procedures and blueprint interpretation. Safe operation of tools (angle grinder, drill, etc.). Flexibility regarding working hours (split shift). Valid driver’s license and availability for travel to customer sites. Compliance with the Siderometallurgy Collective Agreement training requirements is mandatory.
