




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics and Warehouse Operations Leader to supervise daily processes, optimize workflows, and manage a team within a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Apply continuous improvement methodologies in an industrial environment We are looking for a candidate with experience in logistics and warehouse operations management to lead a team at modern facilities located in Seville. The role involves direct supervision of daily operations, ensuring all processes are executed correctly while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Optimizing workflows, managing incidents, and continuously improving warehouse services—including spare parts management and goods receipt—will be essential. Main responsibilities include detailed monitoring of processes, productivity, and service quality while leading a team of 20 to 25 people. Incident review, daily activity and time tracking oversight, error correction, and consistent operational compliance assurance will also be required. Coordination and support of spare parts and goods receipt teams will be critical, as well as seamless collaboration with other service departments. This position offers an indefinite contract. Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies and advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel will be highly valued. The role is based in a dynamic, growing industrial environment at state-of-the-art facilities, with full on-site presence required. Work tools including a laptop and company mobile phone will be provided. Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics and warehousing. Proven experience leading operational teams. Training in Lean Manufacturing or related continuous improvement courses. SAP (warehouse module) proficiency. Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis). Flexibility to work variable hours according to client needs. Prior experience as an operator who progressed to shift supervisor, team leader, or logistics technician is desirable.
