We need a proactive individual who thoroughly understands driving and rest times, and who can optimize vehicle return trips. Main Responsibilities: * Daily management of loads and trucks on Wtransnet (actively searching for loads, posting truck offers, negotiating prices, closing operations). * Selection and contracting of carriers / self-employed drivers. * Real-time service tracking (departures, arrivals, incidents). * Documentation control (CMR consignment notes, waybills, special permits, etc.). * Optimization of empty kilometers and route profitability. * Customer support and resolution of operational issues. Essential Requirements: * Demonstrable experience as a traffic operator, load manager or traffic coordinator in road freight transport companies (minimum 1–2 years). * Fluent and regular use of Wtransnet (posting offers, searching for loads, filtering, negotiating… if you do not use it daily, you do not match this profile). * Valid Class B driver’s license. * Organized, proactive individual with strong commercial orientation and ability to work under pressure. * Availability to start employment shortly.
