As part of its growth and diversification into engineering and civil works, the company seeks to hire a Civil, Canal and Port Engineer to participate in the development and execution of infrastructure projects. Responsibilities The selected candidate will join the technical team and perform the following duties: * Planning and optimization of logistics infrastructure, including routes, access points, and distribution platforms. * Development and management of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency in freight transportation. * Supervision of construction works and adaptation of logistics facilities (warehouses, distribution centers, internal roadways). * Analysis and continuous improvement of processes, reducing costs and optimizing delivery times. * Coordination with traffic, warehouse, and maintenance teams to ensure efficient service delivery. * Monitoring compliance with regulations related to transportation, safety, and infrastructure. * Participation in feasibility studies for route expansion, new services, or additional branch offices. Requirements Degree in Civil, Canal and Port Engineering or equivalent. Prior experience in project management, civil works, or logistics environments (preferred). Knowledge of infrastructure planning and process optimization. Proficiency in technical tools (AutoCAD, Excel, and project management software). Analytical ability, organizational skills, and problem-solving capacity. Familiarity with transportation, safety, and occupational risk prevention regulations (preferred).
