Our purpose is to build a safer, more efficient, and sustainable future through technology. **Join our ATM (Air Traffic Management) team**, where we design, develop, and integrate key solutions for air traffic management, guaranteeing safe and highly operational environments internationally. **What will you do?** --------------- * Define network architecture for Voice Communication Systems used in air traffic control. * Develop network solutions tailored to each client’s specific environments and requirements. * Integrate the product into clients’ networks and with other systems within the ATM ecosystem. * Design technical proposals and participate in presenting solutions to clients. * Ensure proper technical follow-up of the project and functional requirements. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in executing ATM projects. * Provide specialized technical support for the product and its associated network. * Participate in meetings with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. * Ensure accurate technical documentation for deployed solutions. * Contribute to identifying technical risks and proposing mitigation measures. **What are we looking for in you?** ------------------------ **Essential profile requirements:** ✅ 2–3 years’ experience in network engineering, particularly in architecture definition and integration. ✅ Advanced knowledge of network management and NFV technologies. ✅ Advanced experience in SDN LAN/WLAN and Cisco data center technologies (security, SDN/SDDC). ✅ Intermediate knowledge of virtualization (VMware/Virtual Center) and Red Hat operating systems. ✅ Advanced knowledge of ATM: system architectures and architecture definition (4–5 years). ✅ High-level English proficiency. ✅ Willingness and ability to travel. ✅ Team-oriented mindset and strong project execution focus.
