Description
másLabor Iberia is the Spanish subsidiary of másLabor, an international group with over 25 years of experience in employment solutions, talent management, and labor mobility.
From our headquarters in Baiona (Pontevedra), we are currently in a phase of implementation and growth in Spain, developing a national talent solutions platform operating as a Temporary Work Agency (ETT) and Employment Agency. Our objective is to help companies meet their actual staffing needs through attraction, selection, hiring, and labor mobility processes—combining high service standards, strict regulatory compliance, and specialized expertise in international talent, particularly from Latin America.
We seek to hire a dynamic, organized, proactive, and service-oriented individual who wishes to actively contribute to building and evolving our Talent and Selection function, supporting the development of modern, efficient, and scalable processes powered by technology, innovation, and continuous improvement.
The selected candidate will play a key role in developing and managing the Talent and Selection function at másLabor Iberia, responsible for building, developing, and maintaining a robust talent pool enabling rapid, high-quality, and efficient responses to our clients’ current and future needs.
The candidate will actively participate in the full candidate lifecycle—from talent attraction and entry into the candidate tracking system (Applicant Tracking System (ATS)) through to hiring, onboarding, and handover to the Operations team. They will work closely with Commercial, Operations, Legal, and Administration teams to ensure an excellent experience for candidates and clients, rigorous information management, and compliance with applicable labor, immigration, and documentation requirements.
Additionally, they will serve as the primary user and functional administrator of the ATS, driving its evolution and ensuring continuous development of a high-quality talent pool—considered one of másLabor Iberia’s key strategic assets.
